We need your letters of support to move our “fail first” Bill to Gov. Schwarzenegger’s desk! This bill is set to be heard in the Senate Health Committee on Wednesday, June 30th. If you could please send a support letter to the Chairman of the Committee, we would greatly appreciate it.
For Grace is the sponsor of the California Bill, AB 1826, that aims to abolish the unethical Step Therapy (aka, “fail first”) prescription practice utlilized by health insurance companies to save money at the cost of pain patients. The Bill is backed by the California Medical Association, California Nurses Association, American Chronic Pain Association, along with many other organizations.
